TMAesthetics Membership Program:
- The Club Members’ benefits are not transferable to another person or another location.
- Membership is for 1 year beginning on the enrollment date.
- Membership dues are payable in full upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
- Membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless a written request to cancel is received 30 days prior to the renewal.
- Payment is due on the date of service to qualify for the members-only fees.
- Membership must be current to receive the member pricing. Fees for services may change at any time, but signed treatment plans are guaranteed for 30 days.
- It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments offered as part of the TM Aesthetics Membership Program.
- Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you must change a scheduled appointment or a cancelation fee will be automatically applied to your account.
- Once processed, annual membership fees are not refundable.
